As your pregnancy continues, it’s particularly important that you and your baby are eating well. Your healthcare team will be keeping a close eye on your weight gain at this point, and can give you advice on how to stay on track with your diet.
During your third trimester, it may sometimes feel impossible to exercise when your stomach is the size that it is, but now is the time to make sure you’re in great shape for delivery. Your preparation includes staying physically fit by continuing to exercise throughout your pregnancy, unless you’ve been told otherwise by your healthcare team.
Remember to drink plenty of water. It’s especially important that you don’t risk getting dehydrated in these later stages of pregnancy! Your body, and your baby, will thank you!
